By using VITMOOR.COM and submitting any request or completing any purchase, you agree to the following terms in full.

All sales are final. No refunds after the PIN transfer code has been issued.
Submitting an availability request does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of purchase.
Upon receiving a payment link, the customer must complete payment within 1–3 hours. After this window, VITMOOR cannot guarantee the number remains available.
If payment is not completed within 12 hours of receiving the checkout link, the order will be cancelled.
VITMOOR is a reseller marketplace. Numbers are sourced from licensed U.S. phone number providers.
Transfer PIN will be delivered to the email provided at checkout within 1–24 hours of payment confirmation.
The buyer is responsible for activating the number with their chosen carrier. VITMOOR does not provide phone or VoIP service.
VITMOOR is not liable for carrier-side delays in number activation or transfer processing.
