Delivery Policy

VITMOOR.COM sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically.

Every product in our store is a premium U.S. phone number. Delivery is 100% electronic and works as follows:

How delivery works

  1. Request — submit an availability request for the number you want. No payment is taken at this stage.
  2. Verification — we personally verify the number is still available with our licensed U.S. provider.
  3. Payment — once availability is confirmed, you receive an official, secure Shopify invoice link to complete your payment.
  4. Delivery — after payment is confirmed, your Transfer PIN is delivered to your email address, usually within 1–24 hours.
  5. Activation — use the Transfer PIN to move the number to your carrier. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major VoIP providers are supported.

Delivery notes

  • Make sure the email address you provide is correct, and check your spam/junk folder.
  • If you have not received your Transfer PIN within 24 hours of confirmed payment, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
  • Because delivery is electronic, no shipping fees are ever charged.
